Entry Policy

Please take good care of your own personal belongings and safety.

Please turn off all your electronic belongings, such as alarms on your wristwatches or mobile phone. Also refrain from chatting with neighboring audience members, or leaving your seat during the performance, unless absolutely necessary. Frequent coughing may also be considered disruptive.

Without the consent of hosting unit or the management authority, no cameras, and no audio or video recorders are allowed in the Taipei Arena.

Visitors not wearing shoes, or other protective footwear, who are improperly dressed or display signs of drunkenness will be refused admission.

Eating and drinking, except for mineral water, are strictly prohibited in the seating areas of Taipei Arena.

Pets, including all animals or reptiles except guide dogs, are not permitted to enter Taipei Arena.

Do not bring valuable or bulky items into Taipei Arena.

Disabled persons can be accompanied by one companion (free of charge) when watching a performance from the disabled zone.

Children under 110 centimeter in height will not be admitted into the upper bowl.

In case of any emergency, please follow the usher’s instructions to evacuate the building.

Failure to comply with requests to desist from prohibited behavior will be asked to leave the venue.
